Alisa is a great career coach. Specifically, I am certain that going through a couple recorded mock interviews and incorporating her detailed feedback allowed me to be successful during the real thing. I got the job, and I highly recommend Alisa at Close Cohen Consulting. She will help you mold your experience into a well crafted pitch.

I would highly recommend Alisa Cohen to anyone who is looking for executive coaching. I personally worked with her to prepare for a big career change and upcoming interviews, and I can confidently say that her program, regiment, and feedback was instrumental in building up my confidence and story throughout the interview process. I will definitely continue to work with this group in the future.

I worked with Laura back in 2018 when I was looking for a new role and in general a new outlook in my career. My experience was life changing to say the least. She was empathetic and warm, and she came up with an action plan that I still reference to this day. Fast forward to 2022, and I started working with Alisa for interview coaching. I seriously couldn’t have gotten my new role without her. Her coaching and feedback was crucial to my lengthy interview process, and I owe her for helping me land my dream job. Laura and Alisa are incredible and I’m so grateful to have them as lifelong allies.

Alisa was amazing! I thought my resume and interview competence were fine but Alisa helped me improve both significantly. Her guidance helped me get multiple offers, sooner than expected and helped me negotiate a higher package. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my work with Alisa. She was empathetic to my situation and challenged me to evaluate my needs/wants going forward to ensure I would be heading in the right direction. She provided me with clear, concise and expert advice. As a result, I feel much more confident in the path I am taking – and that is priceless. Great results, personable, expert!

Alisa is a fantastic leadership coach. She helped me gain clarity around the steps I needed to take to move my career forward, and gave me confidence to go after more senior roles. After working with her I received 2 promotions in less than 6 months, and I will likely re-engage with her when I need support around additional career development or run into leadership challenges. Would highly recommend Alisa and her firm to any mid to senior level business leaders looking for a coach who can help them move their career to the next level or overcome challenges in their roles.

The team at Close/Cohen career consulting was fabulous. They helped me through every step of my career move. From building my self-confidence and building my resume to making my social profile interesting to making me interesting for interviews, Alisa was the mastermind. I felt completely comfortable and supported through the process. I always knew Alisa was in my corner. She helped me negotiate when I was given an offer. I plan to stay in contact and hope to utilize their services throughout my career.
